My Policies
These are the terms on which I operate and do business. By making a purchase, you are agreeing to the terms listed here.
• You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's explicit permission to purchase any of the products or services I offer. By making a purchase, you certify that you meet these conditions.

• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.
TAROT
• I will not perform a Tarot Reading that invades the privacy of any third-party. If you are looking for information on someone else, I am not the reader for you.
• I reserve the right to decline service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. If you have already made a purchase from me, and I determine that I cannot complete your reading, you will be fully refunded.
• My job is to tell you what I see in the cards and help you make sense of how that applies to you. I am not responsible for what you choose to do with that information.
• A Tarot Reading is a very personal experience. This is why I have a very strict confidentiality policy! Your information, details about your reading, and even the fact that you came to me, are all 100% safe with me.
• NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR WORK THAT HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
If you need to cancel your order for a reading, please let me know ASAP. Please be sure to read individual candcellation policies (on the product/service page) before you place your order.
SPELL WORK & ENCHANTED PRODUCTS
• My products are designed to attract something into your life or to spark a certain change. They help you attract what you desire, and are meant to work along with your intentional actions that aim for the same outcome. In other words, my products align the energies and open pathways for you, but you must take the action. If you use a Job Spell of mine that is meant to get you a job, but you haven't applied anywhere, then you have just wasted a perfectly good spell, and I am not responsible for your lack of action.
• I will not design or perform a spell for you that harms another person. Anything meant to control someone, take away free will, harm or kill, etc are absolutely out of the question. If this is what you're looking for, I am not the right witch for the job.

• I reserve the right to refuse spellwork services to anyone, at any time, for any reason. If you have paid for a service and I determine that I cannot complete the work, I will issue you a full refund.

• NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR WORK THAT HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
RETURNS
• Due to the nature of my products and services, I do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, many of my products are sold in glass jars and shipped through USPS. Despite the fact that I take extreme care in the packaging process, it sometimes seems as though USPS employees play basketball with boxes marked "fragile" on their lunch breaks (haha). What I mean to say here is that sometimes things may break during the shipping process. If this is the case for your order, please contact me and I will send you a replacement. Be sure to snap me a picture though, so I can submit a claim to the postal service.
